Payung99 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the payung99 platform. By registering or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the payung99 platform available on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein. 2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of payung99 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, a valid mobile number, and the necessary payment details. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. payung99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Taking any action that may disrupt the operation or security of the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the payung99 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set and displayed in the platform's payment section at all times.
Processed deposits cannot be reversed once the transaction has been confirmed by the banking system. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the prescribed verification procedures, and processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. payung99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing high-value withdrawals for security and compliance purposes.
Any bonus credits or promotional amounts credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Failure to meet these requirements prior to requesting a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of the bonus. Full details of bonus conditions are stated in the respective promotional terms.
4. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Payung99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has engaged in fraudulent activity, platform abuse, a breach of these terms, or any activity that violates applicable laws in Malaysia. In such cases, any balance in the affected account may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Once a closure request is received, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures within the stipulated timeframe, subject to there being no outstanding verification issues.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's internal policies, which are updated from time to time. Users will be notified via email or platform notification before any action is taken on an inactive account.

Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, software, and other materials found on the payung99 platform are the exclusive property of payung99 or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The payung99 platform may contain references or links to third-party services or content. payung99 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from your use of those services.
